Our Annual Nominations will be held Wednesday, October 15th, 2025 7pm in our Meeting Room.  All positions are available. 

** We do currently have three vacant positions **

Our In-House Basketball, new Media Director & Travel Volleyball positions are vacant.

 

Calvary A.A. holds Board positions for each sport:

Football (Flag & Tackle)

Cheerleading

Volleyball (In-House & Travel)

Lacrosse

Basketball (Co-Ed, In-House, Travel Boys & Girls)

Baseball (T-Ball, In-House, Travel)

Softball (T-Ball, In-House, Travel)

 

The following positions are non-sport:

Father's Club

Mother's Club

Kitchen

 

Executive Board:

(Must hold a Director's position for three years non-consecutive)

President (serves a two-year term)

Vice President

Secretary

Treasurer

Athletic Director (appointed by President)

In order to be nominated, a person needs someone to nominate them and another 

to second the nomination.  In the event there are multiple people nominated for one position, a vote will be held in November.
